Katrina Kaif may have secured her position as one of the leading ladies in Bollywood, but she also has a philanthropic side. The actor recently signed her make-up artist Subhash Singh’s production venture as the female lead. And to top it all, she will not be charging him for it. - the news, he says, “Yes, she has signed my film and she is supporting me, by not charging a single penny for it.” Subhash recently launched his company Hari Om Sai Productions. He will produce this film, which is the Hindi adaptation of the 2007 movie P.S. I Love You starring Gerard Butler and Hilary Swank. “It is untitled as of now, but I have signed Aziz Mirza to direct it,” says Subhash, who is yet to find a male lead to star opposite Katrina. “I had approached John (Abraham) and Ranbir (Kapoor), but they didn’t agree. So, I am still looking.” Subhash plans on taking the film on the floors by the end of 2012. Meanwhile, Katrina has three big films to look forward to this year — Ek Tha Tiger with Salman Khan, Dhoom 3 with Aamir Khan and filmmaker Yash Chopra’s untitled film opposite Shah Rukh Khan. “She sat idle for three months as she had kept that time for me. But we couldn’t start without a male lead. Hopefully, we will start after she finishes the three big projects,” adds Subhash. Interestingly, this is not the first time Katrina is supporting her staff’s professional endeavours. In 2011, she did a cameo for her hairdresser, Ramila Manjrekar’s, production Main Krish Hoon. Unfortunately the film is yet to see the light of day.

Rihanna in search of love
Rihanna has urged her friends, on Twitter, to find somebody to kiss at midnight by next New Year’s Eve.
The Bajan star tweeted her request for a boyfriend on Sunday.
“Fyi, we gotta find me somebody to kiss midnight by next NYE!!!! Melissa didn’t cut it for me lastnt,” she tweeted.
According to sources the singer’s New Year resolution is to quit smoking, make more cash and find a new man.
The 23-year-old reckons there’s no better time to quit smoking, than after finishing her grueling world tour.
“She thinks it’s a good time to do it as she has some down time. She’ll be able to dedicate even more time to working out as she’s worried she’ll pile on weight once she stops,” the Sun quoted source as saying.
“As for the men, she’s always on the lookout but she’s pretty fussy,” source added.
David Guetta to visit Delhi

David Guetta will come to India in March 2012 on a three-city tour. He will play in Delhi on March 9, in Mumbai on March 10, and in Bagalore on March 11," confirms Pragdish Roy, who is involved in organizing David's India tour.
After his tour of India David will head back to his native France where he will play gigs across the country.

Google doodle guitar
All you have to do to create your own little theme and annoy all of those around you is to hover your mouse over the doodle's strings and pluck your way to mellifluousness.
You can even play the fruits of your labors back to anyone who will listen or whom you have first tied down to a chair.
This could even become a simultaneously more fascinating and annoying doodle than the one that had a Pac-Man game that one or two people found somewhat trying. (Especially the old lady who phoned tech support asking them to turn it off.)
Everyone should brace themselves for all kinds of creative and joyous guitar solos ringing through the firmament. Surely someone will attempt the middle part of the Carpenters' "Goodbye to Love."

Charlie Sheen spent $790,000 on cars in the past month, including two for his porn star friends.
The 'Two and a Half Men' star - who was hospitalised following a 36 hour- hour drink-and-drug with adult film stars last month - is also reported to have bought vehicles for his soon-to-be ex-wife Mueller and his new girlfriend Natalie Kenly.
According to a ,Charlie bought a Bentley worth $320,000 and a Porsche Turbo costing $150,000 for two adult film star friends.
He also purchased a $160,000 Mercedes-Benz S63 for his new 24-year-old girlfriend and splashed out another $160,000 on a Mercedes-Benz CL 600 for Brooke, with whom he has 23-month-old twins, Bob and Max.
This is not the first time Charlie - who earns $2 million an episode for his TV show 'Two and a Half Men' - has splashed the cash for his porn star pals.
Kacey Jordan had sex with Charlie the night he was hospitalised and recently spoke about the aftermath of their wild night, saying: "I had to go, it was already the afternoon the following day he was still going on drugs...
"I called my driver and I was like,'You need to pick me up now'... he grabbed the cheque book and says 'I'm going to give you $25,000...' and he says 'You know what, I like you, I'm going to give you $30,000.' "
